One month minimum that renews the first of every month. 5 day notice when you will be vacating.

Gate Access Hours 7 Days a Week 6AM to 10PM. Computer controlled access gate with your own personal code for entry & exit. Do NOT give out your gate code or key.

No Admin Fee. Deposit is refundable when you vacate.

Automatic payments on 1st of the month on card or bank account.

Maximum security disc lock available for purchase in our office. You keep the keys.

Valid photo ID at time of rental and we may request your ID at any time.

If you have Homeowners or Renters coverage for items in storage we require proof of coverage. If not the basic protection policy at $9.00 per month will be required.

We carry a full line of boxes, moving and packing supplies for your convenience.

Our facilities feature digitally recorded state of the art cameras.

We perform routine lock checks. As well as monitor the gate access activity.

Temperature controlled storage is ideal for items that would be sensitive to extreme temperatures and humidity. Items such as antiques, collectibles, electronics, furniture, files, inventory, samples, artwork, etc.
